Abstract
In vivo and in vitro experiments showed that the mechanism of hypotension induced by rifampicin was not associated with its effect on peripheral m- and n-cholinoreactive and adrenoreactive systems. It was due to the direct action of the drug on the vessel muscular wall and its mediated effect on the histaminergic systems participating in vascular tension control.Entities:
