Abstract
The surgical treatment of Peyronie's disease involves a multistage procedure with increasing invasiveness. In addition to precise knowledge about the existing surgical treatment procedures, the indication and the informed consent process of the patient is extremely important. The dissatisfaction with the surgical results for many patients is due to false expectations and positivistic representations. If we can avoid this and make the right decisions during surgery, even these difficult-to-treat patients can be treated successfully.Entities:
