Kolmogorov-Smimov Z test was performed at the beginning of the analysis. We found that our data was not show normal distribution because the p value was smaller than 0.05. Therefore we used Mann Whitney U test which is non-parametric counterpart of the t-test. The mean and standard deviation (mean±SD) are given in the table and the p values belong to the Mann Whitney U test.
