Abstract
A 66 year old female presented with a symptomatic solitary non-parasitic liver cyst. This was treated by a cyst-gastrostomy following which the patient has remained well without complications for 12 years. Given an appropriate anatomical relationship of cyst and stomach, this would appear to be a safe and effective operation.Entities:
