Abstract
INTRODUCTION: A psychosocial outreach clinic was established to offer counseling and coordination of healthcare and complementary services for persons with psychosocial and mental problems. The cost-effectiveness of these services was measured based on a pre-post comparison.Entities:

Inpatient care includes hospital treatment for all reasons incl. psychiatric; outpatient care includes visits at primary care, medical specialists, psychotherapy, physician assistants; complementary care includes social assistance, services for rehabilitation and participation in working life and in the community, regular counseling at integration service provider; other contacts include caregivers’ work, household care, legal assistance.
