Abstract
Morbidity and mortality meetings aim to improve the standards of surgical care, and are now required in all hospitals responsible for training junior surgical staff. If they are to receive support and achieve their aim, they must be carefully planned and well organised. This paper outlines considerations in setting up morbidity meetings and in making them a success.Mesh:
