These tumors exhibit TP53 mutation, RB1 signature loss, and high MYC, WNT and RHOA signaling. (B) TNBC subtypes and stratification within BL1, BL2 and IM. The PTEN-low:miRs-low subgroup (A) clusters with BL1. BL2 and IM can be stratified on the basis of AKT1 amplification/high mRNA expression, or high PD-1 mRNA expression, respectively.
