| Presence of musculoskeletal pain: sum of the variables related to this dimension: pain in the legs, pain in the arms, pain in the upper back, and pain in the lower part of the back, all with five categories of responses (0 = never, 1 = rarely, 2 = infrequent, 3 = frequent and 4 = very frequent).
