[Diagnosis and clinical management of 2019 novel coronavirus infection: an operational recommendation of Peking Union Medical College Hospital (V2.0)].

Abstract

Since December 2019, China has been experiencing an outbreak of new infectious disease caused by 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV). The clinical features include fever, coughing, shortness of breath, and inflammatory pulmonary infiltration revealed by X ray. China rapidly identified 2019-nCoV-related pneumonia a statutory infectious disease. To standardize the diagnosis and treatment of this new infectious disease, operational guidelines for the diagnosis and management of 2019-nCoV infection is accomplished by Peking Union Medical College Hospital.
