Cluster robust SE (CRSE).
Exact logistic regression (including correction for clustering) (CRSE not possible because of no observations in one of the groups).
The variable “year of culture” was included in the model as a covariable.
Exact logistic regression (ignoring clustering, because of sparse data the clustering for those variables could not be evaluated).

Cluster robust SE.
The variable “year of culture” was included in the model as a covariable.
Exact logistic regression (ignoring clustering, because of sparse data the clustering for those variables could not be evaluated).
E. coli was always classified as resistant to penicillin (regardless of MIC value).
