Abstract
We report a case of renal cell carcinoma occurring with bladder and contralateral adrenal metastasis discovered preoperatively with computerized tomography. Surgical treatment consisted of radical nephrectomy, with preservation of the ipsilateral adrenal gland, contralateral adrenalectomy, and transvesical resection of the bladder neoplasm. The hypothesis for the mechanism(s) of spread and treatment modalities are discussed.Entities:
