Figure 1Electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) use taper. Start at the patient's current e‐juice nicotine concentration. The taper will aim to decrease amount of nicotine consumed by reducing concentration and frequency over time. The first week the patient will decrease vaping by one session per day or decrease duration of sessions. The next week the patient will decrease e‐juice nicotine concentration. If unable to complete the step, then repeat the same step until successful before moving on. Steps will be followed until patient has stopped vaping and is nicotine free
