Coronary Bypass With the Free Internal Thoracic Artery to Treat Anomalous Right Coronary Artery.

Abstract

The surgical treatment of anomalous origin of the coronary artery remains controversial. We present 3 cases of young adults who underwent free right internal thoracic artery to right coronary artery bypass for the treatment of symptomatic anomalous origin of the right coronary artery.
