Abstract
A new strategy endowing probe with large Stokes shift, high quantum yield and red emission was developed by incorporating tetrahydroquinoxaline unit and five-membered pyrrolidine ring on fluorophore. As demonstrated, a novel probe was rationally designed and synthesized for sensitive monitor of cellular cysteine (Cys) and endogenous aminoacylase with large Stokes shift and high quantum yield.Entities:
