Abstract
A fractured catheter in the posterior auricular vein is exceedingly rare. Imaging revealed that it was migrating freely and currently overlapped the temporal bone. With multidisciplinary cooperation, general anesthesia, and three-dimensional computed tomography (3D-CT) for guidance, the catheter was removed uneventfully. Keywords: 3D-CT; Auricular vein; Catheter
