Abstract
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this study was to retrospectively analyze the clinical outcomes of patients with recurrent patellar dislocation who underwent arthroscopic medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction using gracilis tendon autograft and a modified double-patellar tunnel method.
