According to the correction made by the corresponding author of a recently published article titled “Clinical features, treatment, prognosis, and mortality in paraquat poisonings: A hospital-based study in Iran”, published on pages 129-136, Issue 3, Volume 8 of Journal of Research in Pharmacy Practice,[1] the affiliation of Author Saeedeh Shojaeepour and Borhan Mansouri is written incorrectly as “Department of Pathology, Pathology and Stem Cell Research Center, Birjand University of Medical Sciences, Birjand, Iran” and “Department of toxicology, Substance Abuse Prevention Research, Health Institute, Birjand University of Medical Sciences, Birjand, Iran” respectively. The correct affiliations of both authors as “Pathology and Stem Cell Research Center, Kerman University of Medical Sciences, Kerman, Iran” and “Substance Abuse Prevention Research Center, Health Institute, Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Kermanshah, Iran”.
