There was a significant dependence of the level of social distance of respondents from age, job seniority, place of residence, education, frequency of contact with representatives of other nationalities, living abroad, care for a person of other nationality, training on transcultural nursing, participation in cultural events regarding representatives of other nationalities. Conclusions: The results of the research indicate the need to train nurses in the field of transcultural nursing.
