Abstract
Acinic cell carcinoma of the parotid gland in children rarely occurs. Well-differentiated acinic cell carcinoma with lymphoid stroma is a subtype hardly seen but has a better prognosis than conventional acinic cell carcinoma. We hereby report a previously unreported case of a 9-year-old Chinese girl with well-differentiated acinic cell carcinoma with lymphoid stroma associated with osteoclast-like giant cells of the parotid gland. The pathology, diagnosis, presentation, management, and the clinical outcome are discussed and the literature is reviewed. IJCEPEntities:
