Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Conventional mitral valve repair (CMVR) is well-established, safe and effective treatment for degenerative mitral regurgitation (MR). Transapical off-pump implantation of artificial chordae (TA) has been introduced into practice and gained interest among surgeons.
