Numbers (percentages) of subjects with missing data were reported for the following variables: birth order, 61 (3.9%); birth weight, 54 (3.4%); gestational age, 28 (1.8%); BMI at age 18 months, 1 (0.06%); BMI at age 3 years, 7 (0.4%); BMI at age 15 years, 19 (1.2%); maternal prepregnancy BMI, 118 (7.5%); smoking status of mothers, 68 (4.3%); and alcohol intake of mothers, 76 (4.8%).
Responses to smoking or alcohol intake statuses were yes, no, or sometimes.
