Abstract
Buschke-Lowenstein tumor is a rare form of low-grade penile cancer. Its low prevalence amongst the population bars the establishment of a standardized treatment algorithm. We present a case of BLT that was managed with neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by phallic sparing surgery.Entities:
