Abstract
Pupil-sparing oculomotor nerve palsy generally results from extraaxial lesions, but it has also been seen with intraaxial infarcts and tumors. This report of a midbrain hemorrhage in a 64-year-old man supports the idea of selective interference with widely separated oculomotor nerve fascicles as the mechanism for intraaxial pupil-sparing oculomotor nerve palsies.Entities:
