Abstract
Primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube is a rare disease and has traditionally been managed in the same manner as epithelial ovarian cancer. However, unlike ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer is not routinely suspected and treatment may be delayed. The clinical presentations of seven cases of fallopian tube cancer emphasize the need for accurate assessment of symptoms to ensure early diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Entities:
