Abstract
BACKGROUND: Diagnosing heart failure (HF) in primary care can be challenging, especially in elderly patients with comorbidities. Insight in the prevalence, age, comorbidity and routine practice of diagnosing HF in general practice may improve the process of diagnosing HF.
