The CT manifestations of the primary gynecological chylous reflux syndrome in the pediatric age.

Abstract

Gynecological chylous reflux syndrome (GCRS) is characterized by genital discharge of chyle, due to congenital lymphangiectasis and insufficiency of the pelvic lymphatic channels. A girl with genital chylous reflux is presented. The CT manifestations are described.
