[A focus of kala-azar in Aïr (Niger): first confirmed autochthonous Nigerian case].

Abstract

From 9 cases personally observed by the authors, of which the first Nigerian case confirmed by the presence of Leishmaniae on a smear of medulla, a focus of Kala-Azar has been revealed.
