Abstract
BACKGROUND: This cohort study aims to retrospectively investigate the incidence of severe systemic inflammatory response syndrome (sSIRS) in patients following total aortic arch replacement (TAR) under deep hypothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA) with selective cerebral perfusion and its effect on clinical outcomes.Entities:
