Abstract
An isolated case of prosthetic failure occurred in a total hip arthroplasty. This case involved dislocation of the polyethylene portion of a screw-in acetabular cup. The clinical and radiographic findings were subtle. The radiographic measurements that help to distinguish this complication are discussed. Successful treatment was provided with surgical replacement of the polyethylene insert.Entities:
