Abstract
Verrucous papulonodules are an uncommon manifestation of chronic discoid lupus erythematosus. The differential diagnosis and pathogenesis of this rare entity are discussed. This is the first report of successful surgical excision of trauma-induced lesions of verrucous lupus erythematosus.Entities:
