Abstract
A 16-year-old Saudi male with angiolymphoid hyperplasia and eosinophilia (Kimura's disease) for six years developed nephrotic syndrome. Renal biopsy revealed mesangio-proliferative glomerulonephritis. The patient was treated with prednisone which resulted in complete remission. This case is unique as it occurred in a Saudi patient and responded well to therapy.Entities:
