Abstract
PURPOSE: Loss of appetite is caused by multifaceted disorders and affects an average of 40% of patients with heart failure (HF). The Council on Nutrition Appetite Questionnaire (CNAQ) and the Simplified Nutritional Appetite Questionnaire (SNAQ) are designed to assess appetite among older adults. We aimed to assess the psychometric properties of both CNAQ and SNAQ questionnaires in elderly Polish patients with HF.Entities:

Notes: *Answers scored based on the following numerical scale: a=1; b=2; c=3; d=4; e=5. **Questions of the SNAQ.
