Abstract
We report on a patient with severe psoriasis vulgaris who developed drug-induced interstitial lung disease (DILD) during treatment with ustekinumab. The diagnosis was based on coincidence with start of therapy, high-resolution computer tomography of the thorax and bronchoalveolar lavage. After discontinuation of the treatment with ustekinumab the clinical symptoms and the chest scan results improved. This case highlights a possible adverse event of ustekinumab.Entities:
