Abstract
Clozapine is considered the golden standard in the treatment of therapy-resistant schizophrenia; however, it associated with bothersome side effects such as sialorrhea. Current evidence suggests that the sublingual use of atropine seems to be safe and effective and could be considered as a first-line treatment of clozapine-induced sialorrhea.Entities:
