Abstract

Jugular venous ectasia in head and neck region is a rare entity. They may present as asymptomatic neck masses and should be considered in the differential diagnosis of cystic neck masses. Management is individualised based on the patient and includes conservative or surgical management. We hereby report three cases of venous ectasia (2-external jugular and 1-facial vein) managed at our institute. © Association of Otolaryngologists of India 2018.
