Abstract
Mediastinal hydatid cyst is an exceptional pathology that poses a problem of diagnosis with the other cystic lesions of the mediastinum. Diagnosis is suspected on ultrasound and CT exams and confirmed by surgical findings and histopathological characteristics.Keywords: Computerized tomography ; Histopathology; Mediastinaum ; Hydatid cyst
