Abstract
An unusual presentation of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)--a case of Kaposi's sarcoma involving the glans penis and fossa navicularis--was treated palliatively with neodymium:YAG (Nd:YAG) laser photoablation. A single outpatient treatment removed the two lesions and restored the patient's ability to void normally. The Nd:YAG laser proved extremely useful, providing effective outpatient therapy with minimal morbidity and excellent local results.Entities:
