Abstract
As gender-affirming genital surgery for transgender men becomes more common, general urologists may be confronted with unfamiliar anatomy and complications. We describe the use of voiding cystourethrogram and retrograde urethrogram in a transgender man in demonstrating the anatomy of the urethra, urethrocutaneous fistula, and a vaginal remnant after phalloplasty.Entities:
