Abstract
An improved method for the separation of the genetic variants of the human serum alpha 2 HS-glycoprotein using isoelectric focusing in ultrathin-layer polyacrylamide gel containing carrier ampholyte pH 4 to 6.5 gradient and neuraminidase pretreated samples is described.
