Experiments were performed in triplicate by incubating human erythrocytes with different peptide concentrations (see Materials and Methods). The experimental values were normalized to the results for 1X PBS (0% hemolysis) and 10% Triton X-100 (100% hemolysis). Analysis was performed using GraphPad Prism Version 6.0 for Mac. The hemolytic concentration (HC25) obtained for each peptide is indicated in the box inside the figure.
