Abstract
A protocol is described to separate several subpopulations of hemocytes in a unique medium which avoids cell aggregation and retains cell-viability. Isopycnic centrifugation in Percoll followed by counterflow centrifugal elutriation provides large quantities of separated granulocyte and hyalinocyte subpopulations.Entities:
