Abstract
The results of this study show that ultrasound measurements by the transabdominal and transvaginal routes are statistically comparable and reproducible between observers. The somewhat larger standard deviations found with transabdominal scanning suggest that the transvaginal route may be more accurate in the daily monitoring of follicular development.Mesh：
