Abstract
A patient with congestive heart failure and normal renal function developed anuria during treatment with nifedipine. This acute renal failure was reversible after discontinuing the drug. Other possible causes of renal function deterioration were excluded. We suggest that nifedipine may have acutely altered renal hemodynamics.Entities:
