Abstract
A case of a child with a maxillary primary left lateral incisor fused to a supernumerary was presented. The teeth were separated and restored using stainless steel crowns with composite facings. The described treatment permitted a maximum level of esthetics, function, and cleansability of the primary dentition, without compromising the permanent dentition.Entities:
