New immigrants were defined as those who had lived in the United States less than 5 years; semiestablished immigrants, lived in the United States between 5 and 15 years; long-standing immigrants, lived in the United States longer than 15 years; and nonimmigrants, born in the United States. aOR indicates adjusted odds ratio.
