Abstract
Lymphangitis carcinomatosa is a rare form of pulmonary metastasis. According to the literature only one case of oral cancer has previously been reported as the primary site. The diagnosis can be difficult to reach because the symptoms, as in this case, are often suggestive of heart failure or pneumonia.Entities:
