Abstract
A patient with sarcoidosis diagnosed 13 years previously developed chronic myelocytic leukaemia concomitantly with Yersinia enterocolitica septicaemia. A search in the literature yielded 4 cases of sarcoidosis associated with myeloblastic leukaemia. There is no well-founded theory that can account for this association.Entities:
