Abstract
In a rare case of chronic myelogenous leukemia, extramedullary myeloblast crisis occurred in the distal humerus after 27 years. The pathological fracture was stabilized with double-plate compound osteosynthesis. The small distal fragment was stabilized without restriction of the range of movement of the elbow joint. The osteosynthesis remained stable until the patient died.Entities:
