Abstract
A case of acute myelogenous leukemia is reported in a child who presented with acute ileotyphlitis and died of an over-whelming Clostridium septicum sepsis before the chemotherapy was administered. The pathogenesis of acute ileotyphlitis, especially the role of granulocytopenia is discussed.Entities:
