Detrusor underactivity: combination of Bladder Contractility Index<100 and Bladder Outlet Obstruction Index<20 in male patients and combination of detrusor pressure at max flow<20 cm H2O and maximum flow rate<15 mL/sec in female patients, excluding those with clinically observed obstruction.
